Saltbox Design Co is an interior design firm with over 30 years of combined residential and hospitality design experience. Our project types range from new build whole house projects to simple one room refreshes. We love working with nice people who appreciate great design, and want a space that feels authentic to them. We work closely with contractors, builders, architects and other trades to bring your project to life.

The owner of the company, Lauren Winter, previously won Colorado Home & Lifestyle's 5 Under 40 Award, and the Top Kitchen from 5280 Homes for 2022. She is passionate about millwork details, creative problem solving, and loves to make a client's vision their reality. If her friday happens to end with guacamole & a margarita, she'll take salt on the rim.

From coordinating construction documents to fine-tuning every last detail on-site, Lisa ensures that our client's visions can be executed seamlessly.

Introducing Rachel, our multitasking maven! With three kids keeping her on her toes, Rachel has mastered the art of juggling tasks with finesse. As a mom and an interior designer, she brings a unique blend of creativity, organization, and efficiency to every project. With a background in graphic design, and a passion for artwork, Rachel brings a keen eye for creating inviting and stylish interiors that captivate.

Meet Ann Marie, our compassionate Michigan native turned interior design extraordinaire! With a heart for caring and an eye for aesthetics, Ann Marie's transition from nursing to interior design was a natural evolution. Drawing on her background in healthcare, Ann Marie brings a unique perspective to her designs, focusing on creating spaces that nurture both the body and the soul.
