Avon Mountain Condo Renovation & Furnishings | All I Want

Nestled in the heart of Avon, Colorado, this modern mountain condo began as a crisp white new build—but our client envisioned something warmer, moodier, and more masculine, with a few playful design moments woven throughout.

Because the home would serve as both a personal mountain getaway and a short-term rental property, we prioritized comfort, durability, and maximizing sleeping space throughout the condo renovation and furnishings process. In the secondary bedroom, we designed custom queen-over-queen bunk beds complete with privacy curtains—perfect for hosting guests, families, and ski weekends in the mountains.

To create a layered mountain-modern feel, we incorporated a rich mix of textures including plaids, herringbone patterns, warm wood tones, and tactile materials that help the condo feel cozy year-round. One standout feature is an antique American flag, intentionally framed without glass to preserve its depth, texture, and character.

In the living room, a substantial wood coffee table anchors the seating area, creating the perfect spot for fireside lounging, games, and entertaining after a day on the slopes. Throughout the bathrooms, we upgraded builder-grade finishes with wallpaper, updated mirrors, decorative lighting, and custom details that make the spaces feel elevated and personal.
