What started as a beautiful new build with a neutral foundation was missing that sense of personality and depth our clients were craving. Our goal was to layer in warmth, contrast, and a bit of drama—without losing the calm, livable feel of the home.

In the primary bedroom, we introduced roman clay walls for subtle texture and depth, paired with a black four-poster bed to ground the space and add a little edge. Wall-mounted sconces keep the nightstands clean and uncluttered, while plush fur chairs at the foot of the bed bring in that cozy, boutique-hotel moment.

The dining room took a bold turn with rich blue walls and matching drapery, creating an immersive, color-drenched experience. We leaned oversized, high-gloss artwork along the wall for an intentionally relaxed (but still dramatic) feel, and softened it all with light blush dining chairs that make the space feel layered and unexpected.

In the living room, comfort was key. A deep neutral sectional anchors the space, complemented by a substantial wood coffee table and velvet swivel chairs that make it easy to take in the views—or turn back into the conversation.

And for a final touch, we transformed a guest room into a sweet, feminine nursery with soft glam details—creating a space ready for new memories from day one.
